Sometimes, you will need to troubleshoot the issue by running through several methods. If you're having trouble connecting your Google Home or Nest to the internet, here are several ways to fix your connection issue. Having a Google Home device can change the way you live in your home.

Fixing a Google Home or Nest That's Not Connecting to Wi-Fi
These settings may have changed, or your router may have downloaded a software update. If you receive a static IP through your ISP, enter your static IP information in the WAN settings of the Google Home app. Select the settings icon at the top, followed by the three horizontal dot menu. If you only have one Nest product, select your product above and try to troubleshoot that product individually before you try to troubleshoot your whole Nest home. Scroll down and check if you already have Nest Connect in your account.

Airflow from nearby vents, sounds from other speakers, signals from appliances like microwaves, and many other environmental factors could be causing interference. Try moving it to a more quiet area and see if this helps as well. Many different problems can cause an unresponsive Nest Mini.
