Recommend this builder to anyone until maybe they restructure their customer service and have better representatives to use as the face of the organization. DO NOT IGNORE CUSTOMER REVIEWS. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ended up screwed and displeased just like the other buyers.

You found our Heatherland Homes floor plans in Atlanta, GA. There's lots of builder jargon out there, but if you are in the market, then it's best to know a few terms. They have a great selection of floor plans, BUT I would not recommend this builder. As already said, they do not keep their promises, and work is of very poor quality. There is no pool, or clubhouse - knock yourself out if you are a dog owner - there is a dog park! All the lovely detailed finishes must be in the staged houses, because my community has a bucket load of complaints about unfinished houses, with piss poor workmanship.
